3 reasons to connect two lead profiles in Sierra Interactive
Here are three reasons that you might want to begin leveraging this strategy inside of your Sierra Interactive CRM.
Duplicate Contact, Couple, Spouse or CaregiverOften times you will find yourself in situations where more than one profile exists for a lead and you need to merge or join the two account profiles together. Usually, one contact is the primary one and needs to be linked out to other secondary accounts. This strategy lets you do just that!
For-Sale-By-Owners (FSBO's)Are For-Sale-By-Owners, commonly referred to as FSBO's, a lead generation source for your real estate business? Being able to connect to the owner's property on websites like Zillow makes it easy for you to quickly get to the property and use things like market statistics in conversations with the homeowner.
Third-Party PlatformIf you using a third-party service with Sierra Interactive that pushes lead engagement to the notes section then most likely there's another system involved that requires you to login in order to manage the lead on a separate dashboard.
So how do I make it happen?
Sierra Interactive allows you to add tasks to a lead and the cool thing about tasks is that they stay pin to the top of the lead profile screen.
In addition to staying pinned at the top of the screen, tasks allow you to link out to a clickable URL destination.
You can even use this to link to Sierra Interactive profiles by adding a test on each profile that directs them back to the proper URL of the other leads profile.
