Sierra Interactive allows you to add tasks to a lead and the cool thing about tasks is that they stay pin to the top of the lead profile screen.
In addition to staying pinned at the top of the screen, tasks allow you to link out to a clickable URL destination.
You can even use this to link to Sierra Interactive profiles by adding a test on each profile that directs them back to the proper URL of the other leads profile.

…and this is what it looks like on the lead profile screen once the task is added. Notice the additional description that was entered above the URL that is not seen in the photo above.
That description is used to indicate the purpose of the URL.
